Seller is not really interested in selling, or just wants to โ€œsee what they can get.โ€

โ€œI donโ€™t need to sell. Just curious what you'd offer.โ€

โŒ 2. Property in Great Condition

House is retail-ready and would sell fast with a realtor. No pain, no work needed.

โ€œWe just remodeled the kitchen and bath last month.โ€

โŒ 3. No Clear Timeline

Seller isnโ€™t in a rush. They donโ€™t need to act soon.

โ€œI might sell next year if I find something else.โ€

โŒ 4. Unrealistic Price

Seller is stuck on retail value or Zillow estimates and wonโ€™t negotiate.

โ€œZillow says $325K, and I want that amount โ€” no less.โ€
